Returns Policy

 

We operate quality control and will ensure all garments are checked before they are dispatched to you. You can return any unwanted product to us for a refund or exchange up to 14 days after receipt.

Unfortunately, any items which are found to have makeup or tanning stains, or other unidentifiable stains, on them cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

To receive a full refund or exchange please ensure that the items you return are sent back with all swing tickets and labels attached along with the original packaging to receive an exchange or refund.

All returns must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange. They must be free of stains, with full swing tickets and labels, still attached.

If you are returning goods to us, please enter your order number in the box provided on the website. You will receive an automated email in response that will give you the full returns details and address.

When returning an item to Luxe Elle, please return the goods via Royal Mail registered delivery to ensure the item can be tracked. Luxe Elle accepts no responsibility for any items that go missing in the post or do not reach Luxe Elle. In the event that insufficient postage has been paid on the return items, Luxe Elle accepts the right to deduct the remaining postage cost amount from the refund amount payable to the customer, so long as the returns policy criteria has been met by the customer.

Luxe Elle does not offer free return postage on return or exchange items. This postage is payable by the customer. Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund amount. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers
