Return/Refund Policy

The team at Luxe Elle wants to ensure you and your customers are always happy with your orders.

***Please be aware that all sales made on promotional and sale items including free gifts received are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

Returns and Refunds on all Cosmetics and Cosmetic Accessories:

We are not able to accept returns of any/all cosmetic and/or cosmetic accessory products into Luxe Elle’s inventory of products. If there is damage or an issue with your order, then Luxe Elle will replace the product. Please be aware that it's normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans - this is not considered damage.

If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please reach out to us at with necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. In order for a refund or replacement to be initiated, the request must be made within 7 days of the purchase of the product(s). We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation.

Luxe Elle will also not accept product returns back to the warehouse if the customer chooses to return the products they've ordered.

*Please Note: Shipments that are returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded.

Return and Refund Policy for Clothing, Accessories and Home Decor Items:

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with original tags, and clear garment packaging with SKU Label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests on Clothing, Accessories and home decor items must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Luxe Elle 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
    • To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:

      1. Return auth number must be included with the return issued by Luxe Elle after a return is initiated.
      2. All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
      3. Send return back within 7 business days of this submission
      4. 4. Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package along with a Return Authorization Number (RA).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return OR returns that do not have the RA Number attached to the return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
