  • Next Day Delivery: (for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday) – £5.95
  • UK orders over £150 qualify for Free standard shipping

AT PRESENT, LUXE ELLE DOES NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND WILL ONLY ACCEPT UK ORDERS.

ANY ORDERS PLACED INTERNATIONALLY WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE CUSTOMER INFORMED. A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

LUXE ELLE cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please email enquiries@luxeelle.com if your order does experience a delay and we will do our very best to help.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation. Should there be any unforeseen delays with processing your order, you will be notified within 48 hours from when the order was placed.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to

enquiries@luxeelle.com Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.30PM. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

If we have emailed you regarding your order and have not had a response after five business days, we will treat the order as cancelled.
